"I was ok with my Agent before last 8 months ago . I had many problems recently. I singed all the necessary documents and gave them the authorization of using my credit card on the due dates, I inform them my speedometer reading by the phone call and also go to their office to double check with themselves, but I still receive phone calls, Emails and even written documents from them that I didn't pay on time !!!!!!!!!!?? And so on. Three days ago after a long call with Tami ( Jelinek) she accepted that all was their fault and apologized to me after they made too much trouble for me! For too much trouble and inconvenience. However how could I trust them , not making more and more trouble again ? Specially when I received the same nonsense letters again and again ???? I am too tired and nervous for these actions. Can't trust their actions and behaviors. I never suggest this agent and branch to anyone else ."
